For the past week all I've ingested is:
-Green tea
-Broccoli, Cabbage, Carrots and Tofu garnished w/ sesame seeds cooked in rapeseed oil and kikkoman soy sauce
-Tuna steaks cooked in rapeseed oil and brushed with red miso
-White rice
-Brown rice
-Nori
-Organic biolive yogurt with fresh strawberries (for desert)
-Tons of water
I don't know if it's something subliminal but I actually do feel better. I'm never hungry and I don't have those energy spikes followed by lethargy. I've only been to the gym once so far this week and managed to lose 5 pounds.
We were supposed to go to the Japanese grocer in Sheffield yesterday but ended up having to wait for the plumber. We're going today so I'll have more of a menu selection rather than having to make do with what's available in here.
